About Brunner's Metalwear Bracelets

Brunner's Metalwear is a high end luxury metal and leather accessory. All pieces in our collection are handmade with special care using only the finest materials including genuine premium leather and high grade heavy gauge metals. Innovation and creativity is the standard of excellence in this industry we have chosen for Brunner's Metalwear bracelets. Nothing is mass-produced and therefore individual variations in color and markings should be appreciated as part of the unique quality of the product. Please note that we attempt to provide accurate photos of every style and color, but your order may vary slightly from the one pictured online. The metal we use is a 100% nickel, copper and brass and during production natural imperfections and markings may develop. This too adds to the unique and individual personality of every design.

WARNING: Some Brunner's Metalwear bracelets may have sharp edges and may snag on clothing at times or cut or scrape you or others. If you feel you have such a piece you can either send it back to us for a repair or to return. Please see the Repair and return policy below. All Brunner's Metalwear is made in the USA in Nashville Tennessee workshop and sold in the finest boutiques and shops worldwide.

Sizing and Ordering

Unless otherwise noted, all Brunner's Metalwear bracelets are a standard 7 inches and can be custom ordered in sizes ranging from 6 to 10 inches. Other styles are 7 to 8-1/2 inches in length depending on style and components. Men’s and Unisex bracelets run from 8 to 8-1/2 inches in length. Most styles can be made in shorter lengths at no additional charge. Longer lengths which require additional materials will be priced accordingly. All items purchased in measurements other than standard sizing will be considered special order and final-sale. Should you have a special request or sizing need please email us at info@brunnersmetalwear.com All pieces including stock items are produced as ordered and will be will be shipped within 7-10 business days. Custom designs and special requests may take longer. A confirmation receipt of your order will be sent via email. Be sure to check your SPAM folder as emails are sometimes re-directed there. Your payment is processed at the time of order. Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1pm EST will be processed that day. All orders placed after 1pm EST or on holidays or weekends will be processed the next business day.

Shipping & Delivery

Brunner's Metalwear offers shipping via USPS and FedEx. Please note that FedEx will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Note that expedited shipping is applicable only to delivery time after your order has been processed and completed. Pending availability, some items may be in stock and ready to ship immediately. However there is a high demand for our collection and items are manufactured only to fulfill each individual order. Therefore it takes 7-10 business days to complete most orders. We do our best to get your purchase to you as fast as possible. Deliveries to most parts of the US take approximately 3-6 business days.

International Shipping

Please be advised that orders shipped outside the US may be subject to local customs fees or duties and those are the responsibility of the buyer. Unfortunately we are not able to estimate these charges for you as they vary by country. Please check with the proper local authorities before placing your order. BRUNNER'S METALWEAR will not be responsible for non-paid import taxes, nor will we issue refunds or credits for orders that have been refused for non-payment of import taxes upon delivery.

Returns

We are confident you will be happy with your Brunner's Metalwear purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, Brunner's Metalwear will accept your return within 30 days from the date of receipt. We apologize but items indicated as Final-Sale are non-returnable unless received damaged or defective in which case we ask you to email us at brunner@brunnersmetalwear.com immediately for assistance. Cancellations, changes, or returns are not allowed on custom orders or special request pieces as they are made just for you and therefore considered final-sale as well. A refund of the purchase price, less shipping costs if any, will be issued provided the returned merchandise is in its original, resalable condition and the Packing Slip is included with the return. If the original Packing Slip is not available, please email us at info@brunnersmetalwear.com for a Return Authorization Number. Credit to your original method of payment will be issued once your return is received but may take one or two billing cycles to show on your account.

Returns should be shipped through a traceable method such as UPS, FedEx or Insured Parcel Post. Please be sure to keep the return Tracking Number until you receive your refund. We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages. Returns should be addressed to:

Repairs

We built our reputation on quality and we stand behind everything we make. We will repair or replace at our option any item purchased through Brunner's Metalwear. Please email us at  with your request. Please include your name, telephone number, order number and a brief description of the problem. We will respond with instructions on how to proceed. If your item was purchased within the last six months, there will be no charge for the repair. If your item is older than six months, you will be charged accordingly for the repair and return shipping once the item is inspected and assessed. Because our products are made by hand with premium and sometimes limited materials, we may not be able to repair older styles due to unavailable or out of production components. We will do our best to refurbish your Brunner's Metalwear to its original condition. If you purchased your Brunner's Metalwear from another retailer, please return the damaged item to that location so that they may be able to assist you with your repair.

Care & Storage

We want you to love and enjoy your Brunner's Metalwear jewelry for a long time. Please use common sense and take appropriate action when wearing and storing the bracelet to maintain the integrity and durability of your purchase. In particular all Brunner's Metalwear jewelry can't withstand an unreasonable amount of stress or blunt force. Be careful not to drop items. Although we use only the finest and durable metals and leather, our pieces are not impervious to chipping or scratching. We recommend wiping items with a clean soft cloth after each use and keeping them in a closed container to preserve their original beauty. Please care for your leather jewelry in the same manner you would treat other fine leather goods. You should remove your bracelet when showering, swimming or exercising. Avoid direct contact with water, liquids, perspiration, and chemicals such as chlorine, perfumes, detergents and lotions. Extended exposure to light, heat or moisture may deteriorate the quality of the product. If your jewelry should get wet, carefully pat with a clean cloth and set flat to dry before wearing. You can slow tarnish building up on the surface of your jewelry simply by wearing it frequently, and we hope you do! However the metal may darken or tarnish over time. We suggest carefully wiping metal surfaces with a soft cloth and gentle polish but be sure to use just the tiniest amount as polishes may alter the color and texture of our leather and textiles. Brunner's Metalwear  cannot be responsible for damages incurred when inappropriately attempting to clean or repair items.
